How do I make a purchase on IAO?

You can make purchases using the following:

Credit Card (Visa/ Amex/Master card)
Debit Card (All leading bank debit cards)
Online bank transfers.

Email us with your order. We will send you an invoice with our account details and your order will be shipped on receipt of funds.

What are the shipping/delivery charges?

Delivery charges are based on the weight of the shipment and the order destination.

How do I check the current status of my order (s)?

You can review the status and other information of all your orders, whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with IAO.com. To check the status of your pending orders, click on the My Account link in the top left of any page on our store. This will take you to your My Account page, where you can click on the My Orders link to view the status of all orders. After your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will send you an email mail with the shipping details.

When and how can I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order before it leaves our Warehouse (reaches the "Order shipped" state). You can do so by calling us with the order number.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For all areas in India serviced by reputed couriers the delivery time will be 3-5 business days.

How will my item be packaged?

All items are carefully packaged so as to avoid any form of damage. We ensure the package is water proof with plastic wrap and fragile items are safely secured with bubble wrap.

How can I track the delivery of my order?

All IAO items are delivered through reputed courier partners - who will provide you with a Tracking ID for your order by which you can track your delivery on the respective websites of our courier partners.
 
Returns & Replacements

What is your Return Policy?

We offer a replacement within 15 days from the date of delivery of the product/s ordered on indianartisansonline.com in case the product is defective or has been incorrectly shipped. We do not offer cash refunds.

A defective/incorrect product may be:

1. Broken/chipped/torn in transit
2. A different size or dimension from what you had ordered
3. A different colour

You may notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped at the time of delivery or within 72 hours of receipt of the product. You can either email our Customer Service team or call us at +91-11-46089563/46089550. You send the defective/incorrect product back to us within 15 days of the time of the delivery to you.

The product returned to us must be returned in an unused condition with:

1. The original invoice
2. All its original packaging and accessories

As soon as we have received the product, if all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
